The Causes We Support

• CROSS - Christians Reaching Out in Social Service

The members of Pilgrims UCC provide regular financial assistance to CROSS by donating all loose change received in our offering plate and change collection jar container. In addtion, we participate in various collection drives to support CROSS mission to assist families by providing food, clothes, school supplies and Christmas gifts.

Our kids participated in Superhero Sunday.
Over 400 pounds of food was collected and donated to CROSS

• Loaves and Fishes

Member of Pilgrims UCC assist in serving the evening meal at a homeless shelter several times per year.

• United Church of Christ Offerings

Members of Pilgrims UCC generously support the 5 UCC offerings held throughout the year: One Great Hour of Sharing, Strengthen the Church, Neighbors in Need, OCWM - Our Church’s Wider mission and the Christmas Fund

• PRIDE

Each year member of Pilgrims United Church of Christ march proudly in the Minneapolis Gay Pride Parade to support members of the GLBT community.

• Other organizations supported by Pilgrims UCC and by individual members are:

Habitat for Humantity, Big Brothers, and the Heifer Project, Wings of hope. Common Hope.
